We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we have created the following return policy to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers.
All eligible products purchased from our Amazon storefront can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Amazon account and go to the “Your Orders” section.
- Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click the “Return or Replace Items” button.
- Select the reason for the return and follow the prompts to print out the return label and packing slip.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.
